Are you currently taking commissions?

Yes, But the waitlist has limited numbers and will close once it's reached capacity.

I'm currently on the waitlist, what happens next?

Once you reach the top of the list I will be in touch via email. You can send your images and tell me your ideas. I will check them and provide you with a total quote.

How do I place an order?

After we provide the total quote, you will then receive an invoice. Payment is due within 48 hours to reserve your slot.

What is the Turnaround time?

Once your order has been placed, the turnaround time to receive your proof image is about 4 weeks. If you need it done faster, please tell me.

Do you provide revisions?

After receiving your proof, Unlimited revisions can be made free of charge. This does not include changes differing from or not included in your original brief. Any further or significant changes will be charged accordingly.

What photos work best?

• Avoid photos with strong sunlight or shadows.

• Always send the original photo, no screenshots or cropping.

• If use old, non-digitalized photos, Please shoot them horizontally to retain quality.

• Choose photos taken from similar perspectives. Think about how you'd like the person to look in the outcome. Position them accordingly. especially important for children.

• Keep in mind that the quality of the photo directly affects the result. The better the photo, the better the portrait.

Can I change my reference photos?

Please ensure you have taken the time to choose your reference photos prior to purchasing. It is not possible to change these after work has begun.

Can my old, blurry photo be used?

Yes! Just scan or take clear photos of old photos.

What is your refund/return policy?

Due to each portrait being personalized, I’ll gladly accept your cancellation and fully refund your order if your order has not yet begun. I do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchange requests on orders that are in progress or have been completed.

How many photos can you combine?

I can combine as many photos/people into one portrait as you'd like!
